ERP Software Technical Support Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC

Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus

Description: Responsible for developing and executing software test plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, and resolve customer problems
  • Have the appropriate expertise and understanding to work with minimal guidance to effectively define, research and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to test customer issues and provide effective methods to assist the customer in resolving or providing a functional work-around for the issue at hand.
  • Effectively document the solution for both the customer and internal system following the standard support processes.
  • Regularly serve as a technical/application resource for others within the organization that needs your understanding and expertise on various product features and or issues.
  • Review documentation and training materials.
  • Provide regular status and progress update to management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree or minimum two or more years of a combination of customer support, customer relations or services, manufacturing, accounting or IT preferred.
  • Experience with ERP Software preferred.
  • Individual candidates that have an understanding of the field of Manufacturing will be highly considered.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technology and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to perform cross-functional tasks within support organization.
  • Ability to function in a team environment
  • Candidates with SQL query language understanding for accessing and build reports from database will be highly considered.
